When you book or reserve a product with us we will hold the information you submit to process, administer and account for your booking. You should expect to receive an email confirmation from us shortly after you complete your booking or reservation. In addition we may call you if necessary to fulfil the service offered to you.

Delivery Policy

Airline Reservations

Since the Electronic ticket was introduced, physical paper tickets are very rarely produced, with this in mind, when a reservation is made through Flightsbiz an Electronic ticket must be available for viewing immediately by the passenger once payment is processed.
Once the Electronic ticket is produced Flightsbiz will endeavour to e-mail you the Electronic ticket immediately, also we will advise how this information and ticket status can be viewed independently at any time up to departure.
A hard copy can also be requested at any time, Flightsbiz will aim to dispatch copies same day by standard Royal Mail postage.

Returns and Refunds Policy

Prior to confirming a reservation with Flightbiz, you will be made aware of certain conditions regarding the cancellation and change policy on the ticket you are about to purchase.
If you require your reservation to be cancelled, you must do this between you confirming your reservation and the day of departure, you are required do this in writing, either by post or by fax/e-mail, once we are notified of any cancellation we will endeavour to refund any monies due within 30 days.
